Meet-and-Greet with Loraine Lundquist for LA City Council, District 12 hosted by Ann Rushton!
Loraine is an extraordinary candidate with an extraordinary background:
Sustainability professor at CSUN
A clean energy expert
A mother and a foster parent
A Neighborhood Council Vice President
A homelessness liaison and advocate
An elected Delegate to the State Democratic party.
And in addition to all of that—-> she has a Ph. D. in physics from Berkeley and has served as a Science and Technology Policy Fellow at the National Academy of Sciences and a research scientist at Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics.
Even if you are not a resident of CD 12, I’m sure you know that all LA City Council members affect the entire City of Los Angeles, and beyond. I hope that you will be interested to meet a very serious candidate for this open seat. I enthusiastically endorse Loraine and I hope and believe she has a real chance to win the CD 12 seat. Please come! No ticket needed! Bring a friend!
